Mortgage Advisor & Protection Advisor

We are looking for an experience Mortgage Advisor on behalf of an award-winning independent estate agent based in Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible financial solutions.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Manage the entire mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong track record of successful mortgage sales.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
